Hi there and welcome to Molly Griggs Interiors. With the recent launch of my business (eek!), I’ve often found myself thinking about the possibility of blogging.  I love the idea of sharing more about the projects I’m working on, some of my favorite design tips and pretty things I find.  I plan to post with as much regularity as possible and I hope you enjoy what you find here.  Welcome!

My decision to take a leap and start my own business is one I have taken with an optimistic mind and a full heart.  I am thrilled to be doing what I love for a living and I am excited for you to come along on this new adventure with me.

Why not jump right in with a few things I’m currently feeling inspired by…

Though Chicago was just hit with snow, these pretty pink tulips gracing my kitchen remind me that spring is just around the corner!

I've been going back and forth on whether we should paint our front door pink or green and this photo may have sealed the deal for me.

I'm loving all things scalloped--how sweet is this patio umbrella?

Artist Caroline Boykin recently started a new series called "Hares."  Loving the colors and of course, the sweet bunnies.

I've heard great things about the meditation app Headspace.  I took the first step in downloading it, next step is to start my days 10 minutes earlier to give it a shot.

I keep finding tons of great sunglasses and these are my current favorites.

Working on staying organized and ensuring everything in our home has its place.  I needed a new tote for carrying samples--never met a monogram I didn't like.

Loving every single Sister Parish fabric pattern.  So so sweet.

With a family trip to Charleston coming up in a few months, I'm reminded that my favorite city is full of inspiration--the scenery, the food, the shopping, the art.  Best city ever.

You could get lost on the Coleen and Company site.  The prettiest light fixtures inspire the use of color in unexpected places.

Since receiving Beautiful by Mark D Sikes last fall, I've probably sat down 20+ times to look through it.  Each time I find something new and beautiful to inspire me.
